Option 1 - Wills by Telephone
Giving your instructions for producing your Will could not be simpler. A fully qualified professional Will Writer (not an instruction taker) will contact you at a time convenient to you, day, evening or weekend. They will spend as much time as you require answering all your questions and queries in plain English, exploring with you every opportunity to save you inheritance tax or nursing home care fees fully explaining all the implications of your Will. You can appreciate many people prefer this type of appointment as not only do they speak directly to the person producing all their legal documents who is a professional Will Writing Practitioner being both members of the Institute of Professional Will Writers and The Society of Will Writers, but in also having the benefit of an appointment which is very flexible and is substantially cheaper than a home visit but without losing any of the quality of service (please see our price list for substantial savings for telephone appointments). Once you have requested one of our Will Writing Practitioners to call, a letter will be sent confirming the appointment together with an information pack to assist you in preparing for our call. Be assured this initial call is without obligation. Only when you the client are completely satisfied will we proceed with the production of the Will. Following the completion of yourwill we will be happy to send further valuable information to your Executors/Guardians and Witnesses completely free of charge thus making our service second to none.

Option 2 - Home Visit
Providing you are within a 25 mile radius of any of our consultants we can arrange to visit you in the comfort of your own home, at a time convenient to yourself, day or evening, weekday orweekend. Once you have requested one of our consultants to call, a letter will be sent confirming the appointment together with an information pack to assist you in preparing for our visit. Many people prefer to have a face to fact contact as this affords the opportunity to ask any questions or explanations regarding the implications of their Will. We in turn promise to answer all your questions in plain English, we will also explore every opportunity in saving you Inheritance Tax or nursing home care fees through our professional Estate Planning Program. This initial visit is without obligation or cost. Only when you the client are completely satisfied will we proceed with the production of the Will. Our service does not stop there, for the more comprehensive estate planning packages our consultant will also attend the attestation (signing of the Will) at no extra cost. Following the completion of your Will we will be happy to send further valuable information to your Executors/Guardians and Witnesses completely free of charge thus making our service second to none.

Please note our family Wills are structured to reflect the most common scenario for the devolution of one's estate. As the majority of our clients are making provision for children, we have included a substantial number of clauses and powers aimed to help children, and those in charge of Trust funds established for children at no extra cost.
